Intergas asked for a housing design for the Xtend, their new hybrid heating system, developed entirely by themselves. The appearance had to match with their product line. The indoor unit should fit in narrow spaces and installation and maintenance performed in a short time. The outdoor unit had to be suitable for use in both ground-level homes and apartments.

A heat pump that fits in the Intergas product line
The slim, elongated indoor unit fits in small spaces. The design is in line with the other Intergas products. Installation and maintenance can be performed quickly due to the minimum number of parts.
The outdoor unit blends easily with the environment. Designed as a solitary object or as a rhythmically repeated element on façades in case of stacked constructions.
More than 20 years of quality and efficiency
Intergas has been our client for more than twenty years. Together with them we developed their entire product line. In addition to efficiency in installation and maintenance, we provided a design language that exudes the quality of their products.
Heat exchanger, small and slim
Many customers of Intergas are housing corporations. By matching the dimensions to the height and depth of the Intergas Xtreme HE boilers we developed a very compact and slim indoor unit, fitting in small spaces. The design of the white cover suits the Intergas product line. The choice of PE foam for insulation was cost saving and sustainable. A cover cap was only needed at the front of the heat exchanger. The housing consists of only 3 parts. Installation and maintenance can be performed in a very short time. The PE foam skin is easy to shape. Designed PE foam has been chosen for the visible rear section and the open therm connection to match them to the design of the outdoor unit.
